Dreadfully outdated furnishings in rooms!!! Noise disturbances from thin walls are unacceptable!!! Poor maintenance is evident with broken fixtures and unreliable appliances!!! The cleanliness is lacking—definitely needs attention!!!

I spent 2 nights at the Cromwell in a Superior Double Room. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the tube, making it easy to get around the city. I appreciated the helpful staff who were quick to address my needs. the room had some significant drawbacks. It felt cramped, with hardly any space to move around the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable, leading to poor sleep. I also noticed the bathroom had unpleasant odors, which lingered even after using air freshener. The cleanliness left much to be desired. there were stains on the walls and carpets that made me question the room's upkeep. The lift was out of order as well, forcing me to navigate a maze of stairs, which was especially tiring after a long day. Breakfast was lacking too—there was not enough cutlery and the options were limited and poorly prepared.
